The project for designing typical proposal solutions for block of flats for collective housing, as well as draft synthesis plan for architectural urban solution for a particular location in Skopje is a great possibility to suggest models of urban and architectural development of the city that would correspond to the specific period of time we are living in concerning the local , spatial , economic and social-cultural context. In general, Macedonian city nowadays is less and less compact, more fragmented whereas every suggestion for its development that doesn't upgrade this. In fact historically sedimentary situation is nothing more than an empty try to impose some kind of wishful scenario that is very unlikely to happen in reality. In this context, within the rebuilding of Macedonian city it is necessary to suggest strategies to renew originally offering connections and integration of fragments which constitute the local urban landscape.

There are two lines leading the urban concept of the project:
- interpolating new urban entity, a dwelling settlement as a new connected and integrated fragment of the system of the city;
- the second tendency is in the frameworks of the settlement to suggest structure of neighborhood which will articulate the natural and the adjusted, the void and the solid which will lead to a more human space for living and generally, a new expression of the city.

The project suggests four urban prototypes -clusters ( ARM-1, ARM-2, ARM-3, ARM-4) distributed in the framework of building parcels, according to their size, orientation, topography and view. The imperative of the urban plan was the idea that even within the urban tissues there should be a high level of permeability that would enable continuous penetration of light, wind as well as views to the second or the third plan of scenery. Typologically, four urban prototypes emerge as a result of a research aiming to recognize the qualities of the neighboring urban tissues, formal and informal where different typologies dominate, different levels of density of the build objects, different heights as well as different orientation in space.
